Description:
This is a small palm sized sturdy little phone. It has a really good feel to it and while the display is not the best, it is in color which I did not expect for the price. The keypad is made of hard rubber and it is easy to work with. The battery removal process is one of the best I've seen. There is a small button on the back after you remove the cover that when pressed, the battery pops right out. I have dealt with some phones with an impossible to remove battery. The ring tones are monotone and your best bet is to keep it at a standard beep since all others don't ring very well. Compared to newer phones, the ring tones are very basic. The battery life on this phone is great and you may need to be patient with charging it. I recommend charging at night. This phone does not allow you to download ring tones or use any data services like picture messages but as a standard phone, it does the job. The C139 is great for the for the low to moderate user! Overall this is a very basic and very functional phone. However, for only $10 extra dollars the Motorola W370 would be a much better value since it comes with the Double Minutes for Life plan.
